These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the FamilyMattersMost website (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1) About Our Products (Print-on-Demand & Custom Orders)

FamilyMattersMost sells products made using print-on-demand production. This means items are created after you place an order and are not mass-produced inventory.

We also offer custom/personalized products, including items featuring a buyer’s name, logo, custom text, or other custom design requests. You are responsible for ensuring personalization details are accurate before submitting your order.

2) Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent/guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All billing and shipping information you provide is accurate and complete.

  • You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your chosen payment method for your order total, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or policy violations.

4) Customization & Customer-Provided Content

For personalized/custom items:

  • You are responsible for checking spelling, names, logos, and design inputs before placing your order.

  • If you upload or provide any content (such as a logo, image, or text), you confirm you have the legal right to use and share it and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

We may reject or cancel orders containing content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

5) Production, Shipping & Delivery

Print-on-demand items require production time before shipping. Any delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to production timelines, carrier delays, customs, peak seasons, or events outside our control.

FamilyMattersMost is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6) No Returns or Exchanges (Except Damaged/Defective)

Because our items are made-to-order and may be personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except when an item arrives damaged or defective.

7) Damaged/Defective Claims (Refunds Only for This Valid Reason)

Refunds (or replacements) are only provided for the valid reason of an item arriving damaged or defective.

To request a refund or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number, and

  • Clear photos of the item showing the damage/defect (and packaging/label if applicable).

If your claim is approved, we will provide either:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A refund to your original payment method

The resolution offered may depend on the issue and product availability.

Note: Minor variations in print placement, color tones, or texture can occur due to printing processes and screen/device settings and are not considered defects.

8) Cancellations & Order Changes

Because print-on-demand orders often enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed. If production has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

9) Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are shown on the Site and may change at any time without notice. Taxes and shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

Discount codes and promotions may be modified, limited, or ended at any time.

10) Intellectual Property

All Site content, including designs, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photos, and text, is owned by or licensed to FamilyMattersMost and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit Site content without our written permission.

11) Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Site:

  • For unlawful purposes

  • To infringe intellectual property rights

  • To upload content you do not have rights to use

  • To submit harmful, abusive, hateful, harassing, or fraudulent content

  • To interfere with the security or operation of the Site

We may suspend access, cancel orders, or take other appropriate action if we believe these Terms have been violated.

12) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Color appearance can vary due to device screens and printing processes. FamilyMattersMost does not warrant that product colors will match exactly as shown on your screen.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyMattersMost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FamilyMattersMost’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FamilyMattersMost from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your misuse of the Site

  • Your custom uploads/content (including logos, text, and images)

  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
