Refund policy
Because our products are made to order (print-on-demand) and many items are customized/personalized (for example: buyer name, logo, custom text, or custom design requests), we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
1) Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Print-on-demand items

Personalized/custom items (including name/logo/text/design changes)

Wrong size ordered by the customer
-
Preference-based reasons (e.g., “I don’t like it,” “looks different than expected,” “changed my mind”)
Please review product details and sizing carefully before placing your order.
2) Damaged or Defective Items (Only Valid Reason)
We will offer a free replacement or refund only if your item arrives:

Damaged, or
-
Defective / misprinted
This is the only valid reason for a refund under this policy.
3) How to Request a Refund or Replacement
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:

Your order number
-
A clear photo of the item
-
A clear photo of the damage/defect
-
If applicable, a photo of the packaging/label
Without photos, we may not be able to approve the request.
4) What Happens After Approval
If your claim is approved, we will provide one of the following (our choice depending on the issue and stock/production availability):

A free replacement shipped to you, or
-
A refund to your original payment method
Refunds are issued only for approved damaged/defective claims.
5) Important Notes

Minor variations in print placement, color tones, or texture can occur due to printing processes and screen settings and are not considered defects.

For custom items, please double-check spelling, names, and design details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer.
6) Cancellations (Made-to-Order)
Orders are sent into production quickly. Once production has started, we cannot cancel or change the order.
